Mr. Vaidya who is more popular by his first name, Avdhut, with his friends and peers, is heading Operations and Support division at Labpulse for last 10 years. Having initially started his career at Sales side in Laboratory Analytical instruments, he quickly realized that his interest lies on the technical side of the products rather than on the sales. He complements his practical expertise in designing, implementing and supporting many complex lab requirements including Gas lines, utility piping, by regularly reading technical guides. At Labpulse he is building and training a team to handle technical operations keeping in mind the expansion plans of the company. He holds Post Graduate degree in Physics with specialization in Electronics from Mumbai University. He likes to spend his leisure time immersed in Reading and playing Tennis with his friends.Mr. Shridhar Kinikar, Partner - Sales and Customer Relations
Mr. Kinikar has been with the company for more than one decade handling Sales and Customer Relations. Mr. Kinikar fondly called as Shridhar by friends and even by some customers, has a penchant for creating win-win situations whether dealing with customers or vendors. After doing diploma in Computer Engineering and marketing management, he learned the ropes while working with leading analytical instruments companies for more than half a decade. After joining Labpulse in 1999, he has been instrumental in increasing the customer reach of Labpulse into many industries including educational institutes, research institutes from its earlier focus on pharmaceutical labs. He loves spending time with his family when not travelling on business.Mr. Mukund Dixit, Partner - Commercial and Business Development
Mr. Dixit has had long stints with Multi Nationals like Guest Keen Williams Ltd., General Electric Company of India Ltd., Scholle Packaging (I) Pvt. Ltd where he headed the Sales function. He brings to Labpulse his more than 27 years of immense experience in handling Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Dealer Management etc. especially in domestic market. Having joined the organization recently, he has definitely given a boost of energy to our sales and marketing team with his sheer presence. Mr. Dixit holds MBA from JBIMS, one of the most reputed B-School in India. He enjoys playing Table Tennis and loves meeting people.Vision
